So I got through my statement. I had to take a clamazopam to get myself out the door. But I did it. It was tough. I broke down before I left. I broke down in the parking lot, of a store that’s in the same parking lot of the incident. I broke down while I waited for the detective at headquarters. I broke down while I was telling my story. It’s really hard to tell someone events that took place when you can’t remember much of what happened. It’s really frustrating when you know someone did something to you, but you cannot remember. Especially when you know if you remembered, you could point out the guy that did this and make him pay for what he took from you. I wish the investigation process didn’t take so long so I could just put this all behind me and start healing.
